"We are in the process of moving to the Bluffton area and I had numerous questions about our new homeowners insurance. When I randomly contacted Christian Davis's office Lexie answered the phone. I explained my complicated situation and asked many questions. Lexie was patient and explained things to me. For those things she wasn't sure about she researched my questions and responded quickly through email with answers in terminology I could understand. When I called the office to follow up on the email and thank Lexie, she was not available. Bailey answered the phone and quickly asked if she could take a message or help me. Bailey's customer service was just as friendly and efficient as Lexie. We were able to take care of my business and Lexie even followed up again with an email to explain the next steps so I would know what to expect. I have not even met Christian yet but with his friendly team of assistants, I can only assume his leadership guides this office atmosphere. We will be transferring all our policies to this office and look forward to the outstanding customer service provided by his team."
