ABOUT OUR AGENCYI’ve been affiliated with State Farm for more than 10 years, starting my journey in March 2015 and opening my own agency in November 2019. Today, we’re a close-knit team of four full-time staff members and one part-time team member. We work hard, support one another, and share a deep commitment to helping our clients and community thrive.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering customer needs, presenting thoughtful insurance solutions, and working toward clear sales objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seek out and develop new business through lead generation and referrals.
- Explain insurance options in a clear and supportive way, recommending coverage that fits customer needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships with consistent outreach and personalized service.
- Keep records accurate and up to date while managing policy adjustments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful.
- Driven by goals and energized by achieving measurable success.
- Able to stay organized and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Compensation $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
